TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM
The Ora Pilates Teacher Training program is 214 hours of training Reformer.

In the Ora Pilates Teacher Training program you will receive the personal attention needed to complete your certification, professional support and hands-on training.

We are here to help you through this exciting journey. By the end of your completion of Ora Pilates Teacher Training program you will be able to teach all levels classes large and small, private, and semi-private settings.
You will be able to conduct a class with confidence, knowledge and professionalism.

Upon completion of the program and passing the final test as well as recording the required hours, you will receive your Ora Pilates certification.
Program Details

4 Weeks on-site training at our Mission Viejo location where we meet twice a week (Saturday and Sunday) for 8 hours each day where you will complete the following.​​

Fundamentals of Pilates.

Theoretical and practical details of reformer material with hands-on instruction.

How to properly integrate various props such as foam roller, Magic circle, ball and more.

How to properly asses a client and create a workout plan tailored to each client.

How to conduct a class that accommodates the overall clientele attending the class.

Injuries, precautions and modifications.

Theory and principals of functional anatomy and biomechanics.

64 hours of onsite learning practical and theoretical​ under professional guidance and supervision

90 teaching hours (reformer equipment will be available for training purpose onsite on appointment base)

30 self-practice hours (reformer equipment will be available for self-practice purpose onsite on appointment base)

Course can be completed in 8 months with full time commitment to the program. Usually we see that most students take up to 1 year.
